Wheeler, Mr. William R. Hensel, Mr. lrwin W. Masters This group represents the architects and designers of our Westmont Windows. They are the final authority in the control of the College, and their primary function is the determination of policy and the execu- tion of the policy through the administrative officers of the College. The Board chooses its own officers as well as appointing the president and other administrative officers of the College. It acts on many mat- ters, such as the election of faculty members, the erection of new build- ings, the scale of tuition charges, andthe adoption of the financial budg- et. The Board, as the corporate body, bears the full and complete legal responsibility for the institution, and assists as far as possible in the raising of funds for the support of the College. We are thankful for our architects who look for wisdom to the Wise Master Builder as they design our windows.
