Day, a program adopted by Westminster City Council four years ago, were sworn into office Oct. 12. The stu- dent Council members were: Brian Buell, Lance Tyler, Sharon Anderson, Kathy DiRe, Ray Bundy, Anita Skinner, and Dave Ellis. Bundy acted as Mayor. Council appointments made Dale Bryant, city attorney, Bob Bridges assistant city attorney, Chuck Henkle, municipal judge, and Darwin Beckel, city manager. Student city manager Beckel then appointed Edith Eanes, Steve Hamblin, joe Dusek, Dave Henley, jane Marshall, Bob Sheplar, Gary Craig, and Chuck Anderson to fill out the staff. :ln 'TH Awright. . .Ya wanna dance or doncha ?
