Kelley, Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation visited West- minster College on May 8, Alumni Weekend, as the 1976 John Findley Green Lecturer. Kelley spoke on the Perspectives of Power. While apologizing for the past abuses of power and misconduct by the agency, the director challenged the news media to remain vigilent and responsible.
