The Senior High Pep Committee is composed of senior high students, whereas the Senior Pep Club is made up of seniors only. Suddenly you see someone 3 flying through the air without the greatest of ease and then they land. pow! quite gracefully. That's what Judo is all about: the art of grace- ful fighting. Unlike other fighting sports, it's a test of one's ability to outsmart the other guy and land him first. Judo isn't a sport for prizes, though. lt mainly concerns itself with developing coordination, and making one think quickly. Most important, Judo is an art of self-defense. Loud yells and a lot of banging coming from the gym, you say? That must be the Judo Club! l want my mommy! says Mike Wasnik as John Ritter dumps him onto the mat. 102

ROW GIRLS ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION The GAA is made up of girls who participate in after-school sports. They may make a lot of noise, but they have a good time. The difference between the two groups is that GAA members participate in inter-scholastic sports and Gymkahna members are active for their own enjoyment. The efforts of the two groups may be viewed in the trophy cases.
