The original building with all its wings, the gymnasium, the president's house, the Alumni Hall and other buildings on the premises are lighted wi-th electricity from a plant owned by the College and situated in the boiler-house, from which the buildings are also heated by steam. In addition to the property above mentioned in this sketch, the trustees own four houses in front of the main building on College Avenue, occupied by the baker, the watchman, the fireman and the launclryman, who are thus situated so as to furnish constant and faithful service. y INTERIOR OF LABORATORY. The fact that a number of young men the present year have been compelled to seek rooms in the Theological Seminary, for lack of accommodations in the College, indicates that additional space will have to be providedg and so the present summer will be likely to find the mechanics engaged in their accustomed work of adding to.
