Led by the holiday wishes of President Thompson and the soft light from the wreath atop Cherry Hall, students share in numer- ous Christmas activities-shopping on the Square. decorating the tree and the doors in the dormitories, caroling, and making the round of parties and teas. In keeping with the Christmas spirit, clubs and organizations give their time and effort to make life more pleasant for others. Nevertheless. during all this time, each student is anxious to ioin fam- ily and friends for a Christmas spent at home.
