New facilities recently opened on the fourth floor of the Memorial Library were a major contributing fac- tor. The major divisions of fourth floor include a unit for closed circuit television programing and a movie pro- duction, a unit for graphic arts which includes several darkrooms, a unit housing the University FM radio sta- tion, a unit for student and faculty previewing of visual aids, and offices and classrooms.
