In school, the occasions we have to experience beauty are great. In art, we learn to create our own designs as well as appreciate the paintings of Corot and the joy of performing in orchestra, the thrill of singing in the choir, and the satisfaction of understanding a symphony by Beethoven. If, like the poet, we are sensitive to beauty, we find inspiration in literature. XVe become more sensitive to the feelings of the people we know and the beauty of the world in which we live.
