Miss Golden Bear Carole Kinder, chosen Miss Golden Bear of 1966, was crowned during half- time ceremonies of the homecoming game by Dr. Leonard C. Nelson. Her royal court consists of her attendants, their escorts and Dr. Nelson. To Miss Kinder's right are Kathy johnson, sponsored by Alpha Phi Omega, and Claudia McGraw, sponsored by Sigma Phi Epsilon. To her left are Connie Meadows, Miss Golden Bear of 1965, and Esther Bryant, sponsored by Beta Kappa Chi. Carole was sponsored by the Psi Delta fraternity. On the left is Carole Kinder, Miss Golden Bear of 1960.
