ik-it Freshman Sophomore Auxiliar Y ommtttee I ,.,w, A Smoke Signals Committe SQ' -,I Let's be friends! This has been the theme of our'Girls' Club year, and through our many activities we have tried to promote friendships for all girls. Besides friendships each girl can gain a great deal from working in Girls' 'Club, and some ol these gains are self-confidence, personal abil ity, the knowledge of group participation, ami higher ideals and goals, Working in Girls' Club is like climbing a moun tain. Starting at the bottom, through hartl work, you gradually work your way up. Sometimes you find the footing hard, and you stumble a little, but you learn, and you he come a better person for it. The many successful activities of this year have been possible only through the activr: participation of all the girls, and through thru guidance of our wonderful advisor, Mrs. Olsen We hope each girl will be able to look baci on this year with happy thoughts toward Girls' Club, and we know that the experiences we have gained will help all of us in the future. -M-w-Q., -ss? Mr. Barros Advisor Swim Trophy Presentation This year Mr. Barros, the officers, and all the boys have gone all-out to make our Boys' Club the best in the city. We have felt all along that the administration and faculty have been very cooperative in helping us to make our functions successful. During the year we have introduced various events to the school. In the fall and spring we had two successful swim meets, and a track meet which everyone seemed to enioy, We credit much of our success in these new events to the desire for competition between classes. Also, we have carried on the traditional customs of Boys' Club. The annual dance honoring the senior letter- men was one of the best ever held. In addition to the dance, we held the auto show, and directed the games at our Potlatch Day. We wish to express our thanks to all who helped on committees, and to everyone else for allowing us to have the best year yet.
