ADMINISTRATION: MR. EDWARD PICKARD, MR, C. WILLARD BURT Mr. C. Willard Burt and Mr. Edward Pickard work as a team to keep West High operating smoothly. Working with students and teachers, Mr. Burt plans a wellerounded educational program. He supervises the work of a staff of one hundred and two persons, manages the daily business affairs of the school, and maintains friendly relations with the surrounding community. This year in recognition of his fine work he has been elected president of the Central Western Zone of the New York State Teachers' Association. To Mr. Edward Pickard come the problems ot students and teachers alike. His tolerance and understanding and past experience as boys' adviser enable him to handle these problems iucliciously. In a large measure, the spirit of co-operation in West High is due to the Vice- principal, Mr. Edward Pickard. 5
