The Cadets' record was marred with only one defeat by Walthill. The season's games, packed with thrills for the fans and players, are given above. The boys that earned letters this season are: Bob Diers, Bob Camp, Jack Tomrdle, V a Iter Schmidt, Benny Lambrecht, Walter Koll morgen, Donald Benne, Donald Starr, Robert Peters, Donald Gustafson, Duane Si la. Bill Strube, Paul Sorenson, Merlin Erickson, Duane Benne, Glenwood Rush, Dale Benne, Arlie Dicknite, Ivan Stratton, and Donald Wall. The high spot of the season was the game with Stanton. The Cadets battled with the strong Stanton eleven in a closely-contested game and came out on top by the score of 12 to 7. This game was to decide the winner o f the Husker Conference; but due to the cancellation of games, the Cadets were not able to gain the title. —25—

The Cadets’ hopes of entering the State Tournament were lost when they were defeated by Stanton i n the regional plsyoff at Wayne.
