OLMPNN-l H55 QJVOIDILECQ This is a beautiful hotel isn't it, Bob? You said it. You know, Bob, it's a funny thing, but I was kind of skeptical about coming here today. I really didn't think anybody would remember. After all, ten years is a long time. Don't be so dubious, jess. Ever since we were classmates back in '48, I always re- member you as the kind of fellow who worries about every little thing. Now just sit back and relax, will ya? Everybody will show up. You know, jess, I really got a big thrill when I first saw you today. You really looked as though you were doing all right. Well, Bob, that job I have with the New York Times really keeps me on the run. I have to carry my little pad and take notes. That's right up your alley, if I remem- ber correctly. Didn't you write one of those things for the Nottingham News? Yes, I did. Say, Bob, you don't look as if you're doing too badly yourself. English slot collar, custom made suit. I'd say you're making out pretty well. Yeah, I'm doin' O. K. My wife and daughter wanted to come along with me to- day but it couldn't be arranged because I had some important business over on Wall Street. I just came from there, bought some stock for a client of mine. Keep up the good work, Bob. I'm goin' out in the lobby to see if anybody has ar- rived yet. Oh, no! Al Aronson is that you? Of course it's me. You just don't recog- nize me because my hair has hnally grown in. Well, jess, I graduate from Columbia Dental School in june. Ten long and weary years I have suffered, toiled, worked my fin- gers to the boneiu Now, now, Al, don't get dramatic on me. You know darn well that it was worth it. In no time at all you'll be a full-fledged Orthodontist. Yeah. I'm gonna make millions, pulling teeth out of peoples heads. What fun l'm gonna have! Bob Chalmers the losing pitcher bowed to Hall of the Cadets. Sonny Kennard played an excellent game at shortstop keeping up the morale of the W.N.A, squad. The final score of 9-O made it 'apparent that there was a need of more practice. HoPKlNs GRAMMAR Scnooi. vs. W.N.A. AT Wiis'i' No'r1'iNcHAM ACADEMY Taking up the challenge of their list defeat, the Rams iut a full stop to the r m- paging Hopkins team which had beaten large military schools on their tour of southern schools. The Rams were the xictors by a 13-8 score. Groxer Elliott replacing Chalmers who lost his control after walking four men and allowing three runs to score played an excellent game, Buddy Clark stole home for his first stolen base of the season. Littleton Edwards and Maxwell played stellar games. Playing their best game of the season the Rams bowled over their arch rivals Massanutten Military Academy by a score of 19-0. In the second half DiGennaro blitzed his way through six or seven would-be tacklers to score after going forty yards around his right end. The Rams lost their final game to Fort Washington Military Academy by a score of 25-O. This score does not do justice to the kind of game the Rams played. Maxwell Warren and Harper played an excellent game. fb -MX 54 askefgaff 1 gg i 0 A High fff f F 1' 'N-N gm ?2 ti? M r-fl r 'Ng f 5 .. 1.15:-. .
