Team Effort Highlights Frosh-Soph Season This year's Frosh!Soph Basketball Team didn't have the best season ever but they showed a lot of team effort and potential. Varsity Girls Strive For A Good Season The Varsity grils team this year did quite well, especially with great teamwork by Shelly Aguilar, Debbie Bush, Nicki Galante, Ruth Wells and Denise Duncan. The girls varsity had a preseason record of 7 wins and 3 losses. They opened the league season by upsetting Bakersfield and South, who were ranked xr 1 and it Zin the county. However, the girls lost the next four games to hnish the first half of the league season with two wins and four losses. The girls team came out ahead though with a 9 to 7 overall record.
