January Seniors Leave West High Reluctantly K Iany pleasant memories were left behind by the graduating class of Ianuary, 1951. The election of class officers was the first step. Paul Thompson as president of the class with joe Pettiti, vice-presi- dent, judy Brock. secretary. and Dolores Shrum. treasurer. planned events to come. The first get-together was the class picnic. For money-raising, the rummage sale was unbeatableg for just plain fun. the hard-times party ranked high. None null foiffet the prescntitvon of Dust of the Roadv, the Christmas play. presented by the senior dramatics class. XVith graduation in the air came the exchanging of pictures with classmatesg the worry over the last-minute arrival of name cards and invitations. the beau- tiful baccalaureate service at Glenwood Methodist Church. and the long-awaited prom.
