OCCIDENT FORWARD! RWARD with the noble courage Of the pioneers we tread. Though we all are youthful, modern, VVe dare face what lies ahead. Like those brave, far seeing pilgrims VVe have reached one goal we sought, From their bold, adventurous spirit XVe have learned the lesson taught. Forward then we turn our footsteps, Give our thoughts a higher aim. Leave behind mistakes and failures Struggling on to make a name. Knowing not what lies before us We are like those pioneers Who went forth with gallant visions, Hopeful of the coming years. Forward past obstructing hazards, Facing dangers without fear VVe plod onward, never ceasing Though the way looks rough and drear.
