Dunens. INTERNATIONAL CLUB The International Club, under the direction of Miss Stella Sorum, includes all foreign students in school and any student with a genuine interest in foreign affairs. The club sponsors an auditorium which presents the interests of the foreign students; and, because money is needed for the partial support of a child abroad, the club shows an annual school movie. NATIONAL HONOR SOCIETY The National Honor Society, under the direction of Miss Charlotte Westby, has been a very active group this year. They have sponsored several auditoriums of high quality. The purpose of the organization are: to create enthusiasm for scholarship, to stimulate a desire to render service, to promote worthy leadership, and to encourage the development of character. This year, it was under the direction of Mr. Eric Lindberg. The representatives, several from each class, arc elected on their ability to serve as well as on their scholastic standing. The Council sponsors many all-school activities including Homecoming, the PTSA Open House, and the Kow-Pokcs Kut-Up. In addition, it consults with the administration on affairs concerning the student body.
