The Pre-Medical Club was organized in September, 1934, to help and encourage students to study in the field of medicine. interesting facts about medical achievements, leaders, and health conditions in Denver. Prominent Denver physicians and surgeons have contributed programs to this club in the form of conferences. talks, first aid demonstrations and information about in- teresting surgical equipment. Medicine is not the only interest of this club as they have already had two parties where the members enjoyed games and dancing. The main purpose of the Camp Fire Club of West High School is to better the lives of those who participate in the club. It helps the members to realize their place in life, and it develops the girls' mental attitude towards the future. To work and play together for the enjoyment and advantage of the girls and for the service of others is an objective for which this club is striving. Camp Fire stimulates friendship, gives glorious fun indoors and out, and builds character through its domestic achievements. The law of the Camp Fire: Seek beauty, Give service, Pursue knowledge, Be trustworthy, Hold on to health, Glorify work, and Be happy, is a standard that every girl seeks to attain.
