THANKS FOR THE MEMORIES In September of 1955 twenty two scared lrttle freshmen entered a new world of hrgh school, and became full fledged Mustangs Our presrdent was Theresa McElroy and our spon sor Mr Cantnl The mam event of thrs year was Blue Moon our freshman frolrc In the year of the Wrse Fools, we got our revenge on the freshmen during mruatron Janet Brown was our presrdent thrs year and Mr Cantnl agarn was our class sponsor The theme for our sophomore shuffle was S1lver Dollar During our Junror year we elected Ed Milner as presrdent and Mrs Shoffner and Mr Cantrrl were our sponsors Thrs year was filled wrth lots of fun and plenty of work to go along wrth ll Halloween Camlval our mystery play Creeplng Shadows the electron of Dan Wood as Student Body President for the comrng year and the brggest event of the year, the Prom The theme Sayonara was earned out by transformmg the gym rnto a Japanese garden In our semor year, w1th Dennis Oldson as presrdent we were agarn lucky to retain the same sponsor Janet Brown and Meryle Long rergned as Homecommg Kmg and Queen The year was frlled with money makrng proyects for our Senior Tnp to Colorado Springs Then before we knew rt, May 29 rolled around and we were up on the stage receiving our diplomas As we looked back on our hrgh school days, now forever behind us, we real rzed we would carry wonderful memones wrth us always THE SENIOR CLASS OF '59 Ag I 6 1 7 ' 0 . . . . ,, , . . 5 .
