IRG: Inter- Related Occupation Inter-Related Occupation, a vocational education program. is divided into two phases: classroom and work experience. The class meets daily in the mornings students receive on-the-job training at a selected place of employment in the afternoon. The student is paid a wage comparable to what any trainee would receive.
