By George, I think he's got it Using a do it yourself abridged ver- sion of Shakespeare's Julius Caesar as a springboard, Mr. Bayne and his Dra- matis Personae initiated a continuing series of performances which they hope will develop a tradition of classical theater at Webb. This year's production consisted of three scenes chosen from Caesar which clearly and forcefully showed the development of the con- spiracy. The play is carried by Cassius, Brutus and Casco. With the cast molded into believable Romans by Mr. Boyne, the production was delivered to the stu- dents at a Sunday night vesper service. Although the conspirators succeeded in killing Caesar, the drama society, from all criticism, left Shakespeare unmur- dered, and the performance was ad- iudged by all to be a success.
