The Webb chapter of the California Scholarship Federation is composed of students who have attained scholastic averages of not less than two A's and two B's during a semester. As an extra privilege for members. 'Mr. Webb allows each boy in the chapter an additional week end at home for each semester he is a member. Although membership in the California Scholarship Federation is open only to high- school students. eighth graders also receive the extra week end if they achieve the necessary averages.
