TRACK TEAM The track team last year. under the coaching of ttBud Crowningshield. proved to form tuugh compe- titiun for their formidable opponents in the Lake Conference. Star of last year's team was Jim Grady. a champion miler. who was also very versatile. as he broad- jumped. high-jumped. and tossed the shot. Other members of last year's Trojan track squad included Jerry Engseth and Dave Mayer in the hurd- ling events; George Gotten. polo vaulted and high Winged Victory D. Mayer jumped. while Ken Quast and Harry Dunnell ran the clashes. Running the middle-distance races were Ronnie Davidson and Brandon Tynan. Broad jump- ing was taken care of by Chuck Strykel' and John Jones. Tossing the Weights were Bob Miller and Doug Sm'ensen.
