HPARISIAN HOLIDAY 1971 JUNIOR-SENIOR PROM Employing the theme Parisian Holiday the I unior Class, advised by Mrs. Judith Smith and Miss Sherlyn Rambo, trans- formed our well known gymnasium, on Saturday evening, May 8, into what appeared to be a street scene in Paris. Depicting the theme were such decorations as a sidewalk cafe, street lamp posts, and many multicolored crepe paper flowers. One of the main attractions was the replica of the Eifel Tower in the center of the floor. Spotlighted with different colored lights, this became a favorite background for photo- graphs. After a wonderful banquet everyone enjoyed themselves by dancing to the soft music of the Ray Coleson Orchestra. The Iunior Class succeeded in reaching their goal of giving the class of 1971 a prom they would remember for a long time to come. ABOVE: Dennis Heffner seems to be enjoying the prom. Prom couples enter into a --Parisian Holiday. Junior boys discuss the success of then' prom.
