President-Donald Sanders, Vice-Pres1dent- lim Tate, Secretary and Treasurer-Carol Taylor, Reporter-David Arthur. Beginning the year of 1957-'58, the freshman class had 59 students. Later, Charles Schaub, Susan Schaub, and Jackie Snavely moved. That left us with 56 pupils. We elected class officers and student council members during the first week of this school year. The freshman class began their money- making projects by having a bake sale. We are now saving tax stamps . Over the Christmas vacation there was a cla ss party held in the gymnasium. We appointed a committee for recreation and refreshments. Robert Earl. Several of the students are on the honor roll which pleases us. The freshman basketball team consists of ten members. They won games with Perry and Harrod. They still have Blume to compete with in two games . In Mrs . Gosnell's section of the Business Math Class, the students made projects for the first semester showing some of the things they had leamed. They are to be on exhibition in February at open house .
