Dcdimfirw It gives the Junior Class of 1951-52 great pleasure to be able to dedicate this edition of The Wayne Echo to our most sincere friend, Superintend- ent E. Lehr Bailey. His unfailing helpfulness has been of inestimable value in making our school term a success. He has faith- fully served us for two years and we hope that he will return for many more. It was largely through him that our present school bond issue passed.
