CLASS OF l958.. As we entered Wausau High the first day of school as Sophomores, we were very excited. There were many new faces, of both teachers and students, staring at us as we walked wonderingly down the strange corridors. However, all this strangeness soon disappeared for we became accustomed to the many new activities and subiects. As usual, we were the green Sophomores to our upper classmen. A variety of activities and clubs were undertaken by many of us and we enioyed them very much. Such activities as the football and basketball games, the plays, the dances, Wausau Day, and the various clubs made our first year at Wausau High a pleasant one. A great deal of our success as a class was due to the wonderful leadership of our class officers, Nancy, Russ, and Wayne under the guidance of Mr. Taylor, the class advisor.
