The fast times atWauneta High School are not all classroom hours. Many of the fun times are spent in the hallways and the parking lot. You can often find the seniors chatting with their friends in front of their decorative lockers that are sometimes found stacked. The juniors may be found in the student lounge napping or exchanging last night's homework. You will notice that many of the sophomores are found in the school parking lot checking out everyone's vehicles and waiting to become of legal age to drive themselves. Then there are the freshman, they are everywhere and more talkative than ever. Many of the students say that they will never forget the wonderful times in the hallways and classrooms of WHS.
