JUNIORS We, the beaming Freshman class of ’31, entered High School to give the rest some fun. We were told by the others that we were very green. And that we were to be neither heard nor seen. We each received the High School board. While the rest of the classes with laughter roared. Miss Scanland was chosen as sponsor by all. The choice proved a wise one although she was small. Well, next the Sophomore grade came to mind, The ladder of knowledge we steadily climbed Till we have reached the Junior grade; Our untiring efforts have been repaid. Anderson teaches us music which makes a happy life; Yes, in later years the boys can drown out the wife. For our sponsor chosen who was Mr. Lofton; For good advice we went to him often.
