Resume' uf the Season With everyone playing an outstanding game we won over White House 37 to 13. Once again we met Lebanon in the finals and lost 33 to 14. The following week we traveled to Murfreesboro to play in the Unit Tournament, meeting a strong team from Lincoln county, Fayetteville. Everyone played an outstanding game even though we lost 37 to 23. We placed two players on the all tournament team of the ninth district namely, Knee as for- ward, also highest scorer for the district and tournament, and Corley as guard. Since we only lost two games in the regular season and two tournament games we are just- ly proud of the outstanding work of the 1948-49 Tigerettes of Watertown High School.
