Sophomore G.L.C. The Class of 1989 has been hard- working and responsive to their class' need. With the guidance of their GLC's president Peter Jeans, vice-president Scott Mitzner and R.S.C. representatives Lauren Gib- son and Claude Gaeble, the GLC has been successful in promoting class spirit. The GLC also ran social events such as the Lip-Sync dance besides raising money through various fund raisers. The Sophomore GLC has been suc- cessful in creating new ideas and reaching their goals. The GLC discussing fund raisers and other events for the year. FROSH G.L.C. The Freshmen GLC united for a productive year. The GLC was led by class president Colin Hamilton, vice- president Greg Vitali and represent- atives Liz Leung and Diana Canellis. This elected group represented the 9th grade student body. All dances, fund raisers, and activities eminated from this body. Those not elected were still encouraged to participate. The GLC was successful in striving for their goal of unity through the in- itiation of two dances: the Freshmen dance in September and the Hallo- ween dance in October. They were also very outgoing during the spirit week activities. When asked to com- ment about his group, Mr. Diganci responded, '1 wish them luck in the future. Keep moving in the right direction! Junior G.L.C. This year's Junior GLC was led by president Will Combs, vice-president John Chow, and representatives Jenn Geissel and Stephanie Johnson. With the support of dedicated members, the GLC has organized activities such as the Thanksgiving balloon sale and daily candy sales to help pay for their Junior Prom. The GLC's purpose was to stimulate school and class spirit for the class of 1988. The GLC wants to create, plan, and carry out events for their class.
