The team wen proud to tend to many outxtandirtg memherx of the team to the Somertet County Relay! and the Mid-State Conference Meet, At the relay:, Kelly Powell and jatquie Maziehiert combined their effortJ in the long jump to obtain firJt plate. Donna Flaig, art outtttzrlding memher of hath the weight and running team: took a firxt plate in javelin at the Countybr. The Mid State: 41x0 proved to be winning meet; for Kelly and Donna. Kelly finixhed third in the high jump and Donna finithed Ietond in the jewelirt. Became of their mpreme performance throughout the Iemon Kelly Powell, Donna Flaig, arid jacquie Maziehien were ethle to go to the State Ser- tional Champiomhip meet. Kelly finithedfifth with a jump of over 16 feet and Donna placed third in javelirt. The team alto predated a variety of other talented memhen. Cathy Glamhowthi got the moxt outxtandingfrethman award and the 41:0 broke the girl; 400 In- termediate Hurdle: record. Meg White a veteran member of the track team, broke the 1600 meter record and the 3200 meter. Other award: went to Donna Flaig for the 7mm pointx.
