Rizzo. 1 Never hesitating to perform those little extra tasks which help to make our school function are the office monitors. Throughout the day they are called upon to open lockers, deliver messages, answer the phone, sort and file various material, assist at the counter, and collect attendance slips at the end of the day . . . Our infirmary monitors are true angels of mercyf' as many gals will testify. Two capable attendants in crisp white uniforms serve every hour and before school to convey complete and continual service to all girls and teachers in need. Their able assistance is also a great help to the doctor and nurse in physical check ups and tabulation of work . . . The experience gained in these two phases of service to our school provides an excellent background for future office clerks, business managers, and nurses. CDFFICE - INFIRMARY Top Roux' A. LIBRARY - LCDST tit FOUND - VISUAL AID For that missing pen or precious notebook, one may turn to the Lost and Found. Here willing girls check and recheck their varied assortment of found articles . . . For the book one needs for that topic or that latest novel for English, one may go to the regular library or to the third floor fiction room. Here monitors arrange inspiring exhibits of the latest books, pictures, magazines, and daily papers. Two new features of the library are the Ken- neth Dewey Memorial Shelf and the timely bulletin boards serviced by the special art monitor . . . For that film during class or convocation, or that new tape recording, one may thank the audio-visual serv- ice monitors. This staff also makes possible many radio plays and enlivens club mixers by servicing the sound equipment . . . Add them all together and you have efficient, helpful staffs, ready to serve Tonians at all times. fa, t f if is Ill ,
