I WHS Gam: Larry Hendershot and Elby Bushong, backfield men on the Rams football team, crash onto the football field and through the banner. Art students, under the direction of Mr. Frank Salmon make a new banner for each game at Washington. This ceremony has become the tradi- tional opening for all home games and some away from home. Washington students always respond with a spon- taneous cheer as the first Ram repre- sentative breaks through the gaily painted banner. Members of Future Farm- ers ,of America bring W.H.S. mascot, Rammie, to all of the Washington football games. Future Farmers bought Rammie from the Senior Ramsmen last year. This is the second year that Rammie has been with us.
