SEVEN SUPPLY UUR NUURISHMENT by i1?fs The WHS Cafeteria averages approximately 500 meals a day, and the snack bar provides from 250 to 300 students daily with a light lunch. The Government sets up a standard for the cafeteria to follow. This standard requires a minimum of 2 oz. protein, 3X4 cups fruit andfor vegetables, one teaspoon butter per student, one slice of bread, and a half pint of milk. The cafeteria staff is, left to right, Mrs. Nona Brown, Manager, Mrs. Dorthea Spranger, Mrs. Dorothy Hansen, Mrs. Wilma Nelson, Mrs. Lucille Kaleke, Mrs. Bertha Sinanovic, and Mrs. Arlene Troyer, manager of the snack bar. WHILE TEN MAINTAIN OUR SCHOOL WHS has ten custodians who keep the campus clean and beautiful, keep the class rooms clean, and keep the equip- ment in working condition. Besides this, many of the custodians drive the school buses. The custodians are, back row, Mr. Don Fisher, Mr. William McCurry, Mr. Bob Burns, Mr. Joe Aguilera, and Mr. Clint Davidson, front row are Mr. Larry Sherrick, Mr. Jud Simpson, head custodian, Mr. Blas Chevez, Mr. James McCann, and Mr. Glen Schoenstein. -15-
