BOOSTER CLUB The Booster Club, sponsored by Mr. Watson, did a great iob of keeping the school spirit high this year. They painted many inspiring posters and displayed them throughout the school. Green machine buttons and ribbons were sold to make money for the new basketball uniforms for our cheerleaders. The Booster Club was also active in decorating the goal posts for all of the football games. The Boys' Usher Club does not only serve Washington but also serves the entire city. The boys usher at all home basket- ball, football, swimming, and wrestling games. They also ushered at the open house held in the new school city administration building. The Girls' Usher Club, sponsored by Miss Mur- phy, is composed of reliable girls who are well groomed, have poise and initiative. The club provides ushering service for special assemblies in the auditorium and various play productions. Also the club provides a coat check at basket- ball games and at other special occasions.
