Senior Play On Wednesday and Friday nights, December 8 and 10, the Class of 1950 reached the first of the high spots of its senior year when it produced Jane Eyre under the direction of Miss Gertrude Fortin. The experience was all too short. But no one - audience or cast or committees - will forget it. For a long time they will remember the sweet dignity of Lillian Szabo and Frances Kopczynski in the role of Jane, the efficiency of Gertrude Levan and Phyllis Dhaene as Mrs. Fairfax, the housekeeper, the genuine little-girlishness of Mar- garet Arch and Dorothy Jaremba as Adele Varens, the real madness of Dorothy Rogowski and Joan Kilmer as Rochester's wife, the suave manliness of Pete Smith and Art Kalmar as Rochester, not to mention all the others who helped make the play a real success. All in all it was an exciting first event in this, the last year.
