The Washburn High School Major- ettes worked hard this year to raise money to buy new outfits! They succeeded in getting their new outfits, and the band was very proud of their accomplishments. They were the Band's Fearless Lead- ers as they led them through many crowded streets, horse trails, and dis- tracting crowds.

FUTURE HOMEMAKERS OF AMERICA. . . 1978-79 hos been an eventful year for Future Homemakers of America under the leadership of Miss Kurth. We sold stationery to earn money to help pay for a trip to Green Lake for an annual FHA Conference. Also, we co-hosted a Christ- mas party with FBLA. 20
