SOPHOMORE CLASS HISTORY The Sophomore Class, consisting of 33 members, entered Washburn High School as Freshmen in 1953. Our Advisor was Miss Finley. On November 7, we were initi- ated by the Sophomores. Our Sophomore year has been very active. We elected our class officers. Our advisor was Mr. Haugen. On November 5, we initiated the Freshmen. We decorated a fine float for Homecoming. We are helping to raise money for the gym by running a concession stand.

FRESHMAN CLASS HISTORY On September 7, 1954, we thirty-eight eager Freshmen began our high school days. We got off to a good start entering into many outside activities.
