FRESHMAN CLASS HISTORY Flash! This is your WHS radio announcer bringing you the Fresh- man class history. The pattering of little shoes was heard on the steps of the Washburn High School on September 7, as the class of ’56 entered. The Sopho- mores did not appreciate our forty-three brilliant members, and they initiated us cruelly. We did a good job of electing class officers: They were: president, Raymond Dickerhoff; vice president, Elizabeth Rodke- wich: secretary, Nancy Merila; and treasurer, Jean Stephenson. Grad- ually we learned our way around, and in the three remaining years we will take bigger steps.
