EXECUTIVE OFFICER Irwin H. Seligman Lieutenant Commander United States Navy Irwin H. Seligman was born in New York,N.Y. in 1922. They are the intangible force that will insure that our country remains strong and a power in the quest for peace. May you ever be proud to lcnow them or to have been one of them.
