Une day in April, Mr. llonar invited tl1e parents of those who l1ad been elected to ll special assembly, but tl1e students themselves didn't know lll30L1I their election until they were called to tl1e stage. There they received gold pins, the emblem of the society. livery student who gets this honor must be :1 junior or senior, in the upper tl1ird of his class. The faculty rates each candidate according to leadership, service and cl1:1rz1eter. This year ten seniors and four juniors were chosen. How- ever, tl1ere are I7 members altogether, sinee Nellie I-Ierbaek, Nada Seabright, and Robert Reitz were elected last year.
