The home room for the sophomore girls is supervised by Miss Perrymang Mr. Smith has the boys, home room. The bank cashiers for these rooms are Virginia Roseberry and William Dowler. Sophomore students whose names have appeared frequently on the Honor Roll are: Gloria Von Berg, Bill McNamara, Betty Hawkins, and Geraldine Palmer. 24

Miss Blum, Miss Emsley, and Mr. Ogden are the class sponsors. These teachers also supervise the junior home rooms. The bank cashiers are Fred Youngman, Iessie Lee Hoover, and Allen Dernberger. Oh Professor, a three act comedy, was presented by the junior class on December 3. The cast included: lane Hill, lstrene Stobart, William Loper, Fred Youngman, Robert lmhoff, Laura Mills, Rose Rita White, Marie McCutcheon, Betty Stamm, Robert Heyl, Catherine Miller, and William Kercher. ' The junior class joined the seniors in presenting the school with a motion picture machine and public address system. The junior boys in both the A and B divisions won the class tournament. On May 25 the junior-senior prom will be held in the gym. At this dance to honor and entertain the seniors, the faculty and board of education will be guests and chaperons. 23

The freshman class this year numbered ninety-six students, forty-seven girls and forty-nine boys. Freshmen home room teachers are: Miss Kindelberger, Mr. Ihlenfeld and Mr. Roe. These teachers and Miss Lynch, who is a part time high school teacher, are sponsors of the class. Members of the class whose names have often appeared on the Honor Roll are Christine Lash, Nada Seabright, lack McKee, Nellie I-Ierback, Paul Elces- ser, Elizabeth Glenski, Mary Louise Bartels, Emily Lou Mehlman, Robert Abraham and Robert Reitz. Blue and gold were chosen as the class colors and the teams entered in the class tournament Wore uniforms of these colors.
