IN MEMORIAM ALBERT C. Al-BRO Mr. Albro will always hold a place in the hearts of all students and faculty of War- saw Central School. Those that took Math. from him in some period of the twenty years that he taught here, will remember his patience and encouragement that put most of us through our Regents with flying colors. Those boys who did not take Math. remember him as their coach in baseball and bowling. They remember his fine sportmanship and his athletic ability as he led them to victory many times. There are still those who remember his smile and handshake of congratulations as they were initiated into the Honor Society where scholarship, leadership, character, and service are the pass word. At the head of the organization was Mr. Albro. He organized several clubs such as the Hi-Y and slide rule club. Although we were very young, we can still remember the fun and the fraternal feeling that were exhibited to us and were made possible by the effect of the sponsor. The faculty, too, will always remember him for the untiring and unselfish quality of his work for our school. They will remember the zeal and enthusiasm that accom- panied any job he undertook. Our words are weak when we try to show our esteem for Mr. Albro, but I am sure our feelings for him are very strong. And though you be done to death, what then? If you battled the best you could. If you played your part in the world of men, Why, the critic will call it good. ll
