Mrs. Rimel was our sponsor and we think she did' a superb job or disciplining the cradle roll class. Now, we realize that we were getting the' foundation for whatever we would be in future years. As time passed a few of the more unfortunate ones dropped outg however at the same time more additions were made to The step from the a big one, but we took but a typical class of the class was avera the class, sixth grade to High School was it in our stride since we were youngsters. The intellect of ge: there were some very intelligent ones, some who weren't' quite so intelligent, and then there were others. Of course, as everyone knows, the most important years are the Senior years This cla s of U49 d1dn't take the rumble seat in anybody's little red wagon There were 2h of our Senior I class initiated into the Beta Club While in Senior II our representative Audra Sue Florence, was crowned Football Sponsor I our last year, our own Margaret Adams walked off with the crown and title of Miss Halloween Last May 22, our class sponsored the Junior and Senior Prom which was held at the Redmont Hotel Vizella Motte, who led the dance with Jackie Egan, was given a bouquet of roses from the class We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to the Prom, which the Senior II Class will give us this year Everyone has heard of the Class of 'lg.9 but nothing to compare with what one is yet to hear We're merely graduating from High School which doesn't mean that we are embarking upon the sea of life, but we are merely entering a new phase of our lives, for which we have spent twelve long years in preparation they have been exciting and eventful years they have been filled with joy and sorrow, but we have enjoyed every minute of them 1 e ' e e e n Q a Q I .
