Write-ups covered athletics, dramatics, music, library, organizations, faculty, programs, contests, and miscellaneous items. Four staff members, Jean Morkassel, Margaret Strunk, Dorothy Taus and Lyla Urtes, and Miss Enid Martell, adviser, attended the North- ern Interscholastic Press Association convention at the University of North Dakota on October 30, 31, and November 1, Where the Chronicle received a B rating. Each year since then members from the junior class have been selected on the basis of the four points-scholarship, character, leadership, and service. This year the senior members are Henry Hanson, presidentg Jack Gilbertson, vice-president, Dorothy Taus, secretary, Margaret Strunk, Dennis Rloley, Jean Morkassel, and Lois Nelson. These members have chosen the following from the junior class to become full-fledged members on entering their senior year: Joyce Larson, Elaine Johnson, Olive Elliason, Evelyn Elliason, Aldon Larson, and Robert Hol- bnook.
