Coin Collectors Fail To Collect At closing time yesterday Kenneth Clapp and Theron W il- son, both of Waltham, entered the Waltham Trust Company and forced Miss Beulah Weymouth, a teller, to admit them to the vaults. Freeman Patterson, Trust Company janitor, heroic- ally summoned the police by means of the new burglar alarm system recently installed by Howard Morash and Morrison Shirley, electrical engineers of walth.-am and Chicago. Capt. Douglas Hogan, Sergeant Marshal Robichaud, and officers VVilliam Crpin, Warren Eaton, Axel Larson, and Joseph Le- Brun of the local police, responded to the call and Wilson and Clapp were soon in the care of Robert Mickalson, turn-key of the local jail. Chief of, Police, Alton Currin, praised his men for their quick work. When asked their motive by Willard Jackson, police reporter of the Waltham Daily Mirror, Clapp and ,Wilson replied that it was their hobby to collect coins.
