We wish to thank her on behalf of the students of Walnut High School, past, present, and future, for the many years of hard work and devotion she has given us. Homecoming Queen Lori Lubbs ruled over the three days of festivities. On Thursday night was the bonfire and snake dance with Seniors taking first place for their skit. Friday followed with the parade and football game. The Mighty Raiders trampled the Annawan Braves by a very large margin. The 13th Precinct provided the muic for the Saturday night dance. 8 Junior Float Tied for Second Place. Sophomore Float Tied for Second Place. 9 Freshman Float Fourth Place. The 1976-77 school year has come and gone at Walnut High School, and with it came many valuable experiences, exciting moments, memorable times, and, yes, a few sad events. I sincerely hope that all of your experiences here are, and have been, as educationally rich, and rewarding as have mine. And to our seniors . . . you are a wonderful class. We won't forget you.
