BOARD OF EDUCATION--Left to right--Calvin Hanson, Aurell Burkey, President Ernest Norden, Harold Foss, Leon Andersen, Tom Durham, Robert Linden. MESSAGE TO THE CLASS OF 1966 Class of 66, as the graduation date approaches, I view it with mixed emotions. On the one hand I am sorry that our school must lose such a fine group of young people, but on the other hand I am proud of your achievements here and I am anxious that you should continue to progress in your chosen fields. You have known the friendship and the guidance of your teachers. You have benefited from the efforts of very capable board members who are interested in your welfare. You have learned many of the primary lessons of life--not only those that are written in the books but those other lessons which come as you work with others. You have been taught basic and essential concepts and principles that should help discipline you for further learning. Learning should be considered a life-long process. We hope that we have taught you not just knowledge but also wisdom and that you will use that wisdom in understanding and making intelligent use of facts. Mr. Stephen A. LaRussa, MA Principal 6
