ERIE THREE: The Furnished Boom Mr. Stewart Brush directs the cast. On March 27, 28, 29, the curtain rose on Series Three, the Junior-Senior Play. Series Three is a collection of three one-act plays adapted from stories by O'Henry. They are The Furnished Room, a tragedy, A Lickpenny Lover, a farce, and Mammon and the Archer, a comedy. Mr. Stewart Brush directed the tragedy and the farce, and Bob Gohde, a senior, directed the comedy. Series Three is a new attempt in high school productions. It reflects present trends in modern theatre and is a tribute to the changing times.
